Past event – Mummy Writes Mini At Home – live on Zoom

A weekly one-hour workshop with Mummy Writes for new parents to get creative, and try their hand at fiction writing while snuggling with their baby.

Workshops are drop-in and will take place online in Zoom. Each workshop will explore the basics of writing fiction, including building character, using weather, exploring motive and plot, with plenty of time to try writing yourself! The workshops are designed with parents in mind and are baby-friendly. Feel free to feed, change, or entertain baby at home and join in with the workshop in a way that works for you.

All newbie writers, wanna-be writers, curious writers, never-before-imagined-they-could-write-anything-writers welcome. It’s your time to experiment, get creative, learn something new and challenge yourself, all while making new friends and snuggling with your baby!

Andy will be discussing his reasons for, and experiences of using Olympus cameras & lenses as a professional photographer. He’ll also be sharing his top tips for photography in your garden and on your local patch during lockdown, whether focus stacking macro or long lens work.
