Myofascial Release @ Home with Lunges in Leggings

Lunges in Leggings is an LGBTQ+ friendly fitness group that offers bootcamp, HIIT, Calisthenics, and Yoga classes. During the lockdown, they will be bringing you their classes online.

Wind down your week virtually through this self myofascial release class. You’ll be guided through a self-massage technique called trigger point therapy, rolling out specific points in the body using small massage balls (or cricket, lacrosse or tennis balls) as well as a foam roller to relieve aches, pain, and tightness caused by injuries, stiffness, posture, or just simply too much working from home. You’ll need a foam roller, 2 massage balls (can also be cricket, lacrosse, or tennis balls), and optionally a block or cushion to support your head.

£5 a class.
